THE PROBLEM

A week of work across coding, marketing, design, and meetings blurs by Friday. No tool tells you where the hours actually went or whether any of them were any good.

THE BUILD

THE PROBLEM

AI writing tools flatten everyone's voice into the same hollow tone. Technical founders end up sounding like every other AI-generated post on the feed.

THE BUILD

Voice profile built from the user's actual writing. Two-pass generation that scrubs AI tells against an open-source banlist before output ships.

*About

Hi, I'm Mo Suvo.

I build SaaS products. Some are mine. Some are for founders who want to ship without the agency overhead.

I spent five years inside a digital agency — from first employee to a team of ten, and from under $100k to $3M in annual revenue. I left to do it on my own terms.

Now I work independently, end to end. Two of my own SaaS products are live, with a third in build. For client work, I take on 2–3 projects at a time so each one gets the attention it deserves. You deal with me from brief to delivery.

If your brief has a problem, I'll tell you before building it. I'm not here to execute blindly — I'm here to help you ship something that actually works.

*Process

From first call to shipped product.

Four steps. No mystery. No surprises.

01

Day 0

Discovery

30-min call. I'll often tell you what your real problem is — not what your brief said. If we're not a fit, you'll know in this call. No follow-up sequence.

02

Week 1

Scope and plan

Fixed price. Fixed scope. Written down. Anything not in the doc costs extra, and I'll tell you the price before adding it. No surprise invoices.

03

Weeks 1–6

Design and build

Working preview every Friday. You see screens before they're code, and code before it's live. If something's off, we kill it before it ships.

04

Final week +2

Ship and hand off

Documented, deployed, owned by you. Two weeks of follow-up included for the inevitable "wait, how does this thing work again?" Slack messages.

*FAQ

Questions before you send a brief.

Client work gets the priority hours — that's the rule, not a vibe. I cap at 2–3 active engagements so I can actually deliver, and my products run on the time around them. The products are why you should hire me, not worry about me: I'm not guessing what shipping under constraints looks like. I'm doing it every week, with my own money on the line.
Full SaaS builds start at $10,000, MVP rescue and AI feature work start at $6,000, and monthly retainers run $3,500–$6,000. The exact number depends on what we're actually building. Send me a brief and I'll send back a specific quote.
For projects, 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Most don't, exactly. The packages are starting points — the actual scope gets defined in our first call. If something's a good fit but doesn't match a card, we'll figure out a structure that works.
Yes, but only 2–3 at a time. That's the cap that lets me actually deliver on what I promise rather than juggle.
I work remotely with founders worldwide. Timezone overlap gets discussed in the first call — most engagements have at least 2–3 hours of overlap, which is enough.
